I only lost 5 pounds in the month of August compared to 25 each last previous months. I'm down to my highs school football weight, not sure if that's good since I was a chubby lineman. Last night I Only had a chance to run on the treadmill got to the gym late 29 minutes till close. But I still got a great work out in, always the last car in the parking lot. I feel like this week I'm back on track like I was 2 months ago. I'm actually losing weight this week and I have to blame it on the treadmill. It's not as bad when its not painful but fun. We got a 3 day weekend coming up so I'm going to try my best to behave. Family reunion in on Saturday I'm hoping I can get down to 239 before then. I'm starting to lean out around the stomach now, cant wait to see there reaction.
