I was on an 8 day road trip and not able to eat what I was used to eating. I didn't eat a lot, but it was mostly things that didn't help me lose the 20 pounds in the past few months. I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale this morning. I only gained a pound. It is a good day!
60.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
