I've been eating more salads & fruits. Plus I have been really hitting Kettlebell workouts.. I highly recommend kettlebells workout but check with your doctor first.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
