since I made a glass of water a day with 2 spoons of ground chia seeds and a little lemon juice, it helped me loosen up, fill me up and lose 3.4 lbs 😌
46.4 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
