According to Jackson & Pollock, I have surpassed the Ideal body fat percentage for my age & frame, a week and a half sooner than expected. It's been almost a year in the making and I am stoked, goal body fat percentage is so close now, I was aiming for November 3rd, that may move up. I am going to ramp up fat loss for the next 2 weeks while I Deload & rehab my Lat, aiming for ±1.8kg p/week. 🔱
