Bear in mind initial losses will be the depletion of glycogen stores and associated water loss, once you reintroduce carbs the likelihood of rebound is great. A balanced diet with multiple small meals and a deficit will serve you better in the long run - responsible eating habits.

I'm not trying to put you off but just from my experience and I also tried keto and banting..a balanced meals and being in a calorie deficit is the way to go...I have lost 30kg and this is the only way for me. I wish you all the success

My initial 40kg weight loss was LCHF - 40/7/53@1500kcal.
I was sedentary when I started and my training evolution would have been far easier if I used carbs, it took far more cognitive bandwidth to do and no one tells you you're going to be skinnyfat when you're done. So I had to then bulk for muscle mass gain. When I reintroduced carbs initial weight gain was 4kg. My muscle conditioning would have been far better if I stuck with carbs.
Hindsight, it's 20/20.

It works for me too! Just counting calories never was enough for me. I will stay low carb for life (been 6 years and going strong 😁)

I'll always be skewed toward Carbs, coz I workout, after Protein is sorted wether you swing toward fat or Carbs is just preference, figuring out habits that work for you is part of the fun. Best wishes 😁
