So today was my first day at the gym. My trainer said I should have at least 100 g of protein daily and drink 95-100 oz of water daily. And all of this is 1510 calories daily. My goal weight is 180lbs.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
