I have reached my first target 100lb loss. I’m really chuffed with myself. I love looking at all of your pictures. My food is mostly the same most days but that’s how I deal with losing my mountain! I eat very few calories as if I don’t, i see them again fairly quickly and that’s not pretty!
Anyway, i hope you can see my post and we’ll done everyone, keep up the hard work xxx
93.9 kg Lost so far: 50.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
