Arg 😰 Here we go again! 1kg up in the last week 🤯 while being in a calorie deficit... Yet, my muscle weight is going up on the scale. Many will say - well muscle weighs more than fat, all true and correct, BUT I'm not working our, or lifting weights or doing ANYTHING to be gaining muscle 😅 And that's why I'm perplexed at the results on the scale...
