I think I'm gonna make it!! Will be going to my sister's house next weekend. I'll talk most of my own food. A Big win: My daughter had a slumber party and they made a double batch of brownies. In the morning there was half a pan left. It kept calling me. . . No one would have known, and I LOVE day old brownies. I put foil over them and moved them out of the kitchen. I didn't even have a taste! I'm so glad because that would have been the beginning of my downfall. I have had no sugar or white flour since starting this diet. Therein lies my strength!
I also thank God for His help. Without Him, I could not have done this. . . Lots of sadness in my family lately, this is when I usually eat, but I have not even been tempted.
