It has been a rough couple of weeks and I am still adjusting to Caitie my dog being gone. I seem to be snacking more and it concerns me. I need to get that under control. Not much weight loss and yes I am still trying to get to 175. It seems to be close enough to touch but just can not quite get there. Well talk to you later keep the faith.

Takes time to adjust to Caitlin's departure ... it will get easier. You are still well below the blue line and you'll see 175. How about a couple of "snack free" nights ... if you are worried about the snacking? Just to break the cycle? No worries ... you'll be fine!!

My 12 yr old stepdaughter lost her dog about 3 weeks ago. She was a jack russel and summer was very attached to her because she was "her" dog. Unfortunately, Lola, the dog, chewed a plastic piece off of her doghouse that was in the yard and it ripped things in her stomach and we never knew it until she was gone. My poor stepdaughter is still carrying around a stuffed animal as a "comfort". She carries it to school, church, everywhere, as her way of feeling better about Lola being gone. It's so sad that pets don't last forever!
