Today the 03Aug2015 – I’m starting fresh, new goals new lifestyle.My new goal weight will be a healthy 57kgs, Lean muscle to build and booty to form.My calorie intake will be much more than normal but much cleaner, from today and the next 12 weeks it will be lean clean wholesome foods. Road bike cycling season will start soon as well so I must start getting on the bike again and get the nutrition right.

Day 2 today still 88 days to go. LOL feel so far , but I will take it one week at a time, this time its not about losing weight but eating clean , nutritional food for the following 3 months getting me ready for the cycling season.
