One pound is doable but three? That’d be hard Ties lol. Go for it though. Give it your all. 😂😅

Yes. I lost 8 before a beach trip in 2019. It got me started to eventually lose the rest! At the time, I cut out all alcohol & reduced my food calories.

Oh thanks for that SherryeB. Very encouraging
I've just had a little workout on the treadmill. I reckon if I do this daily I may be able to 💪🏾 xx

Hi I am following Dr. Michael Mosley's Fast 800 Keto and dropped 2kg (4.4lbs) in 5 days so it is totally do-able. I am not a morning eater so have brunch of slice of wholemeal toast, tsp of butter, 50g smoked salmon, whole grapefruit at 10:30am. Then interesting chicken (spicy) or fish (salmon fillet & chilli flakes) 250g and half a plate of salad or veg sometimes as stir fry......and drink plenty (water, black coffee, green tea with peppermint)........sounds strict but straightforward to do and works the man did a lot of research and makes a lot of sense.
Tonight is Beef madras with cauliflower rice mmmmmm
I can only do upper body exercise as I have Osteoarthritis in my hips but do what I can.
You can do this and be in the shape you want for your hols....

just to say this is not a fad diet and I did his blood sugar diet 800 calories per day a couple of years ago and lost 3stone in 3months and kept it off.....
My partner eats the same as me but we add rice pasta and jacket potatoes to his meals.

Crabfat, thanks a lot. I'll give it a try. At this stage, I'm willing to try anything🙌🏾
Thanks also, Caiosha. Sure our holiday will be amazing regardless ✨️💕

Tiesha going against the flow here but I would suggest you do not do that. Just keep going as usual. Otherwise you will be very hungry on holiday which will have a lot of treats. But this depends on your will power of course. Steady loss better overall long term plan. Your decision of course.

Aww chubba bubba. Thanks for your very kind advice. I really just want to feel comfortable in my swimwear/ clothing whilst away. When I'm there I'll see how it goes. No fun in restricting your diet too much on holiday but plan on being sensible. Over the past 2 days my diet hasn't changed drastically but I have increased my cardio, which I definitely believe will help. Thanks again and I hope you're doing well x

Tiesha, if you do decided to give it a go I promise you wont feel hungry if you keep your protein up 50-60g per day Dr. Mosley advises.

If it’s about comfort I would say go low carb.cut out the bread and pasta you’ll feel so much better lose a lb or so a week. And you don’t have to restrict too much elsewhere. But just to stop bloating it’s the best thing! Also feel healthier with it (I do )

Thanks Crabfat. I did look into that. Dies look like a good diet. And if you say it suppresses hunger, even better.
Yes, sharon1971. I agree. I'm already feeling better, and I'm only a few days in. I really suffer from bloating alot and has eased up alot since cutting out all the naughties x
