Out all of yesterday. Ate at a restaurant and pretty much figured I would show weight gain for all the sodium. Not mad about it though. And since it was a cheat day, I also let myself have a small Frosty.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
