I make sure to eat fish twice a week. This really helps my protein. I struggle daily to get my 100g. It helps now we can catch fresh fish in our high mountain lakes. 🐟🐟 I try not to buy farmed fish @ the supermarket. Frozen wild cod from Alaska is always a good winter option
