FS charting your daily calories works!!
It’s been 5 months since I started, and yes the regular weight plateau’s got very frustrating. I’ve given up alcohol, crackers, bread, rice & pasta. Once I reach my goal, I look forward to adding a little of those foods back in. I’ll follow the 80/20 rule. Probably just relax my diet a bit on weekends.

THANK YOU FS friends for all the encouragement & telling me IT WORKS!! 😌🌟

Excellent plan! I am very low carb but I’m like you but more like 90/10. 10% carbs like potatoes 🥔, sweet potatoes, fruit, occasionally pasta. I’m trying for the 1st time pasta made from beans like lentils or garbanzo, I love spaghetti squash almost better than wheat pasta. Never giving up my Milton’s crackers or LC Mission wraps. I know how to make my own homemade wraps, but sometimes I just don’t have the time.

StormsGirl-Yes I like tortillas & wraps. Guerrero Zero Net carb chipotle are my new favorite! I have been eating Soy bean pasta, zero carbs. I don’t it eat too often because it effects estrogen levels & increases my hot flashes, but satisfies my pasta cravings. I want to try butternut squash noodles. I really like monk fruit sweetener. I found Now brand that’s 100% (no erythritol/ Allulose). I use it instead of honey in my tea, smoothies & occasionally overnight oats. Thank you for sharing your ideas. 🤗
