Slowly slowly slowly. It’s in the right direction but I can’t quite get over how slowly I’m going … I’m eating a reduced calorie diet (below 1500), weight training minimum 2 times a week. But it’s ok. I feel healthier and stronger each week. Must not lose sight of that!
