Not happy that I can't seem to get out of and stay out of the 130s. I'm short, so it doesn't help. Told my best friend what my weight was, and she said: "Hey! That's how much *I* weigh!" ...well...great. That just makes me feel worse because she's tall and statuesque. I just look short, frumpy, and plump. And I'm the one who's been trying to workout everyday. :(
60.6 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

You're doing great if you workout everyday. Remember, you are your own worst critic. (Unless you have a Mom in law :)). You probably only look that way to you.
