On Monday I started intermittent fasting again (eat between 10am - 6pm) and I already feel so much better, less bloating, more energy, and much easier to stay within my caloric limit. So happy I found motivation to start again as I was previously eating between 7am-7pm and it was getting out of control and I was not feeling my best.
