I'm surprised it was just 3 pounds. 2 big dinners with friends and Everybody at work wanting to bring food, plus a baby shower with cake everywhere. My carb and sugar count were through the roof. But not this week!!! No bread, no sugar, fruit and veggies, and the only meat I've got lines up in the fridge this week is turkey and chicken. So, this better come off. or I am going to have to have a serious Come to Jesus.
