Last week wasn't the best week, since I indulged in more Krispy Kreme doughnuts than needed, but I am happy that I'm still losing a little weight. At the rate I'm going I will not meet my goal of losing the weight I want before the wedding, but I'm happy that I'm actually losing weight and not gaining.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
