So because of the holidays.. I kind of cheated but I ate small portions. Just a little taste of everything. I only exercised once this past week so I felt guilty about that. Not because of my eating but because working out gives me energy and makes me feel good. I am back on my healthy regimen this week and decided to weigh myself to see if I had gained the weight back from the fourth of July. So when I seen I had lost 5 more pounds I was ecstatic. It help me realize that I can enjoy the better things in life sometime as long as I portion them correctly. So I know 10 pounds is not a lot since I started my journey a month ago but as long as I see progress that's good enough for me. GET IT OFF AND KEEP IT OFF!!!!
