Yay! Lost good weight! Got a sticker! Next week I get the Stay and Succeed thingy for my keychain.

Realizations at this meeting:

-I might get into trouble soon for loosing too much weight
-I really haven't been getting my oil in with any consistency

Mom is beside herself with joy at the results. I am pleased as well.

Last night I gave the guys at the arcade a box of chocolates in thanks for helping in my weight loss. Bummer it is not open during the winter. I will have to do more excerise at home now I guess.

For lunch I plan to do the pita-pizza recipe.

121.5 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 48.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
