Two weeks lower carb eating higher protein and fat! The scale hasn’t moved a lot this week but my glucose levels are much improved and I can tell a big big difference around my waist!! Happy Tuesday FS friends 💜🙏
112.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Awesome… and how do you feel? Like when you wake up- not overly full/bloated from the day- before’s food..more in control and proud of yourself (self esteem)? The meter numbers and waistline reduction make sense..and judging from the double exclamation points in your post..it seems you legitimately feel better and have more energy. Happy for you!! 😊 Keep it up..it’s incredible what consistency can do..especially for self-esteem and empowerment- which fuel change.
