Started consuming a cinnamon and honey drink in the morning. This drink is known to expedite the fat burning process and keep you refreshed by removing harmful fats and toxins from the body.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tsp of honey
- half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- Fresh lime
PROCEDURE:
- Take 1 glass of water and add honey and cinnamon powder to it.
- Ensure that the water is not hot or warm while adding honey or cinnamon as this makes the drink lose all its nutrients.
- Add lime to increase the fat burning property.
