It's probably a fluke, but I'm down another couple of pounds. Even though I'll probably fluctuate this week, it's nice to see it in print. I've been following the diet pretty well. Truth is, I probably haven't been eating enough. It's been pretty hectic at work and hard to fit time for food in. Yesterday, I had meetings from 11:30-3:30, and I was trying to cram food in my mouth in the moments between meetings. Passed on the cookies, though (yea!). I need to do a better job of having quick foods around to eat. Otherwise, my energy levels crash in the late afternoon.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats! I kept a small bag of almonds in my office desk as a quick snack thing. Can use peanuts too, but I found that I would eat too many of those. Maybe it's just me. :) I also used to keep celery sticks and hummous and/or cheese sticks in the office fridge. In fact, you might have seen them. Those were huge helps to me during busy times when I needed to eat *something* during the day. Good luck making through all the meetings. What a busy time of year.

Way to go! I know what you mean about the afternoon crash-- definately need a steady supply of healthy snacks or batteries run out. Funny thing is during phase 1 and strict 2 is that batteries seem to go *before* hunger. Your most recent weigh-in puts you super close to you goal weight. It is cool how much control the SB diet can give. Herbie was talking about that sometime recently-- it used to feel as though weight just happened. But now, it really is about behavior and choices. Good job with your choices!
