aaaa senengnyaaa, letsgoowww menuju kepala 7!!! akhir2 ini ga olahraga karna lagi haid:( tapi alhamdulillaahh tetep ada progres, sekarang2 olagraganya cuma buat ngecilin perut wkwkkw sit up tiap hari minimal 150x
