I haven't weighed in at WW yet this week, but I'm already down to 216.5 at home, woo hoo!!! official WI on Saturday, I'll let ya'll know...

98.2 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
