Jumped rope yesterday...only for about 10 minutes. Sweat more doing that than doing the "30 Day Shred" everyday! So I did jump rope again today. I'm loving all this sweating! I hope this cardio helps me; especially since I haven't been able to do two workouts a day (with walking on the treadmill at night and the "30 Day Shred" during the day). Just got bored with that routine...and doing the video just wasn't cutting it. Plus, it's been hard for me to eat as good as I used to.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
