I almost don’t want to log this as I am very confused. I know I’ve lost weight, I can feel it but this seems too much. I’ve exercised everyday and eaten clean, managed my calories and skipped breakfast. But I’m thinking that maybe my weigh in last week was either incorrect or I was carrying excess water weight - it has only been 9 days since my latest miscarriage operation which might have impacted my weight…? But either way, I’m feeling healthier and happier, so that can only be a good thing. Onwards and upwards 🌟
