Today marks day one of my new outlook. It’s been an intense four years with my weight, and health, yo-yo-ing. I know how to do this, but I just haven’t had the mental strength to stay the course these past few years. But now, onwards and upwards. I am now making my weight and journal public to have some accountability for my actions! And to help spur me on with my goals. And to spread the positivity here with others too!
