My weight appears to be stable at 204 to 205. This plateus is frustating and makes it difficult to stay at 1600 cal per day. I will be going to a class next friday. Hopefully that will help. To keep my glucose below 200 I have taken protein (i.e nuts) and low calorie (diet ice pops, diet jello, etc) and raised my Lantus to 140 units at bedtime.
