I was pumped to have only gained a pound while traveling. Now I've hopped up another pound and a half. My guess is that I was dehydrated and that this new number more accurately reflects the damage. Aiming for calm and consistent again.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
