I would have preferred to record a loss, but I admit, this is at least better than recording a gain. So no complaints...

Also, it's a very early morning weigh for me, so that could possibly impact it as my tummy hasn't woken up yet to work 😅 Tomorrow will again be an early weigh, because of the meeting.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 35.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
