Nice drop, with a slight increase in water and muscle and verisicle at 16 again! Cautiously optimistic, but weighed in fairly late (10.30) today. So we'll see if it continues tomorrow...
I've noticed that the app works out a weekly loss 📉 or gain. But has it SO wrong as mine shows a weekly gain of 2.1kg 🤔 Definitely INCORRECT as my weight has dropped since logging. I'd loose my mind if I was putting on more than 2kgs a week 🤪 Anyone else notice this? App developers should be notified as it's not very encouraging to see 🙄
