Well...I have decided to weigh in daily. I think this will motivate me, if I can actually see a loss. So far so good.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week

Yes, I agree. Just make sure you are prepared for your weight to fluctuate. I think this is the best way to hold yourself accountable for everything you eat but some people aren't strong enough to handle the fluctuations. Weigh yourself at the same time everyday. I weigh in the AM right before my workout.

To each their own.Not that Idon't get on the scale ever day but I don't chart it, sometimes its just to depressing working this hard and seeing the scale go up instead of down

It is actually unreal the fluctuations that can occur. For whatever I weight myself before I go to bed, and then in the morning right when I get up. It seems like I can lose 3-4 between those night and morning times.
