Drifted down a bit for now reason after a few weeks. Great. Maybe this new project at work will keep me from eating some. I'll be visible to all the same people all day, for months. Social pressure to avoid binge eating during certain parts of the day. Goal: Less binge eating, not binge eating moved to nights, weekends, and alone time.
