Well done! 0.8kg up isn't much at all. Never aim to be a specific weight but rather aim to maintain yourself within a certain weight range. As long as the weight is justified by measurements you will always be smiling :)

Hi Ibiza may this be a blessed month for you. I know what you are feeling maybe do light exercise after dinner. ( I am laughing while typing that after that samoosas and food who would exercise ne. :-)...
Big boy - my weight that i want to stay in a between 55-60kgs
cycling season 55kgs is the weight for off season I try to stay between 59-57kgs.

lol that samoosas and things are the exact reason i gained this week that passed haha but since Monday I havent had a single samoosa or pie or anything lol just strictly healthy so this week should hopefully bring good results and thank you for the kind words :)

you must try to drink more soup at night and afterwards eat dinner and leave the treats you will see -5kgs for you this month. during this month i stay away from my fam because I know i will also eat all the nice unhealthy stuff.
