Can't catch a break no matter what program I am on.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well you have lost 41 pounds so you are doing something right. It can be harder as you get closer to goal. Think of yourself as a great sculpture and just keep chipping away. You will eventually get where you want to go.
