Due to my cousins death I am finding it difficult to staty at 1600 calories and I am eating cake, cookies, etc which I should not take. My Weight has not fallen in over 1 week with toadys weight 205.2 being 1.2 pounds below my lowest 204 lb. weight on Sunday.
