Hmm, this seems to be a pattern for me. Lose some, gain some. Slowly but surely...
78.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

You probably should do more cardio. Cardio should be done at least 5 days a week. Add a little strength training too. Remember, muscle will burn more calories.
