Lost 7.8 kg In just over 2 months I'm pretty impressed started 8th Feb at 82.2kg feeling much healthier and have more energy but still need to try lose some more my first goal weight is very close , hope to get their within the next few weeks then will move to a second goal weight .keep perservering
