Started my 75 Hard Challenge on April 1st,
My goals for the 75 days are
👉min 100 mins of activity 👉min 100 seconds plank 👉Healthy meals (no junk) 👉2 liters of water 👉Read 10 pages 👉No alcohol
Exercise is the easy part😳... water on the weekend, no unhealthy snacks and no alcohol will definitely test my commitment ...
but it's the first time in a long time that I am seeing movement on the scale.
