Was very hungry and overate during orientation today. :( Didn't think I was eating bad, but it ended up being ALOT of calories!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I agree the muffins and ceral bars are high in calories even the dang lil tub of coffee creamer:P!! I'm gonna stick with the water, apples, and coffee with no creamer lol. I had a high caloric dinner from KFC. I should have checked the calories before I ate the food. My dinner alone was like over 1200 cals!!
