Wow, Phase 2 is not helping me. I added in some fruit and whole grain pasta and breads, and I gained, so back to Phase 1 for a little while longer. I did, however, find Frozen Chocolate Cool Whip as a very yummy and low carb dessert. Only 3g of Carbs ya'll!!!
