So SLOOOW!! My weight is going down but very very slowly! Well, means I do this with care I guess and hopefully therefor it will last. Last week I noticed I am climbing out of my burn- out as well. More energy and positivity. By eating more fibers now my digestion is making me do the number two daily! That was twice a week so my chronically obstipation is gone!! So this week is a good week!!
