Okay, so... a week ago I was really struggling. I kept having these cravings and I kept my calories around 17-1800 (except for that one day... shhhh) and so instead of struggling I boosted my calories to around 2000. I'm down almost 2 pounds? Somebody help me out here please.

YEA haw.. Sometimes underfeed and the body really needs that "its ok" Feeling and whoosh it lets go of what it was hanging on to for dear life! :)) Congrats!!!

when your body is "starving", it will try to conserve its energy. Sometimes, an "indulgence" will kick start the weight loss because your body is no longer "starving".

Yes - sometimes we have to eat more to get the metabolism moving - it is like an engine being primed - more gas, more movement!

I did better when I raised my calories too. But when you walk 5+ miles a day you need them. Yoga!
