Did pretty good yesterday considering. My very good friend had a stroke and it was a difficult day. She is like a sister to me. I am hoping to see her today. I will feel better once I have a chance to see her and talk with her. Friendships are so precious and sometimes we let other things distract us from what is really important. Family and Friends. Take care of those you love and keep the relationships alive. Well that is it for the soapbox. I will try to do better today on my eating. Still want to get down to 175 lbs before I start maintaining.
