My low calorie diet!
My goal is to lose 130 ponds in one year from now!
Factoring in me age, my current weight, my activity level and goal weight I have calculated my calorie intake per day- It lowers slightly every week!
This week I am allowed 1874 calories per day, that is 312 calories for 6 small meals a day.
I cannot eat ANYTHING after 7pm. I must drink at least 18.5 ounces of water per day.
I will walk for 1 hour every evening.
I will fast every Sunday drinking only 100% fruit juices and water.
I hope to lose at least 2.5 lbs a week maybe more :)
