Okay, time to start. Tomorrow, June 1, I'm planning to begin a new fitness program. My goal is to be under 150 by my birthday, June 29. I won't quit if I don't reach the goal, but I intend to be a hell of a lot closer than I am right now.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
